This hotel is a good option if you're looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay. the staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to help with suggestions on local venues and activities. Rooms are modern, and some offer nice seating areas to relax during the heat of the day. the restaurant is also a highlight, providing delicious food that comes out quickly.
It seems that some details such as air conditioning and hot water can be problematic and could impact one's comfort.

Great staff and facilities
I spent my last New Year at a hotel in the Chilean desert and it was a memorable experience. The staff was superb, friendly, and always willing to assist with anything that we needed. The facility was modern, peaceful, and beautifully designed with convenient parking outside of the rooms. One of the best things about the hotel was the restaurant which tasted amazing! The location was also perfect as it offered stunning views of the desert and was close to key areas.
The lack of air conditioning in the rooms which made it feel a bit hot and stuffy. the water in the shower never really got hot, it was quite lukewarm.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel thanks to the friendly and attentive staff, who made me feel truly welcomed. The hotel is situated in a lovely location, with stunning scenery and a peaceful atmosphere. I felt relaxed throughout my stay, thanks to the hotel's excellent facilities, which were always kept clean and tidy. The breakfast offered a great selection, with delicious options to suit everyone's taste.

Best aspects of my Easter Stay: The staff was very attentive and friendly throughout my stay, providing excellent service. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with nice showers. The location was convenient, with easy access to parking and communal areas with good WiFi.
Worst aspects of my Easter Stay: Unfortunately, the lack of air conditioning in the rooms made them quite warm and uncomfortable at times. Additionally, the tepid water in the shower and the sliding door that would not lock were minor but annoying issues that detracted from the overall experience.
